New Beginners Live Online Pilates Course starts Saturday 7th November 2020

If so, join me in my live online studio, as my Pilates beginners course is absolutely ideal for you. You will learn all the Pilates principles and terminology you need to be able to work out properly and, most of all, feel the benefits of this fantastic exercise programme.


About your course 

  • Enrolment: £57 ( 6 x 1 hour Pilates beginners sessions plus access to your own Beginners On Demand video library and detailed written instructions for key exercises) 
  • Course dates: Saturday 7th November - Saturday 12th December

Your course includes 6 x 1 hour online Pilates classes where you will learn all the principles and foundation moves of Pilates exercise. You will be taken through the fundamentals of good posture and movement patterns, activating all those muscles that may have been long forgotten. 

During each class you will be practising the exercises as well being observed so that you can maximise the benefit of the exercises. Numbers are limited, so that during each class you can receive all the personal attention you need to improve. As each class will be recorded, you will also receive a link and password to your own Beginners On Demand video library so that you can practice at home in your own time. In addition you will be provided with a written set of key exercise instructions, so that you can be sure of the correct Pilates technique.

After just six weeks you will be amazed at the difference in how you feel!

What you will need to get started:
