New Year Beginners Pilates Classes starting Saturday 9th January 2021

If so, join me in my live online studio, as my Pilates beginners classes are absolutely ideal for you. You will learn all the Pilates principles and terminology you need to be able to work out properly and, most of all, feel the benefits of this fantastic exercise programme.

Your enrolment includes access to my livestream online Pilates classes where you will learn all the principles and foundation moves of Pilates exercise. You will be taken through the fundamentals of good posture and movement patterns, activating all those muscles that may have been long forgotten. 

During each class you will be practising the exercises as well being observed so that you can maximise the benefit of the exercises. Numbers are limited, so that during each class you can receive all the attention you need to improve. As classes are recorded, you will also receive a link and password to your own Beginners On Demand video library so that you can practice at home as often as you should wish. In addition you will be provided with a written set of key exercise instructions so that you can be sure of the correct Pilates technique.

After just a very short time you will be amazed at the difference in how you feel! 


What you will need to get started:

All you need is a device ( laptop, computer, mobile, iPad or tablet ) a little space to lie down, and a towel or a mat. You can also take a look at my blog 'Zoom Online Classes Hints and Tips' to help you if you are not already familiar with Zooming.
