Please take a look at our dance class options and venue details below and get in touch if you would like to come along and join in. Whether you have danced before when you are younger, or are a new starter, dancing is such a lovely way to keep fit and healthy and, most of all it is so very enjoyable and a great reliever of stress.  The DanceFIT and Adult Ballet classes we have on offer are suitable for both beginners or returners; just see below timetable.

Online DanceFIT Class : Wednesday 6pm - 7pm = £5

DanceFIT is a dance based low impact dance class (particularly kind to older bones and joints!) that is set to a whole variety of music ranging from stage musicals, Hollywood movies, 80s classics to the well known tunes of today. Classes are easy to follow, and are suitable for all ages, especially the young at heart, more mature adult dancer looking for a fun, relaxed and hugely enjoyable fitness class.

Online Adult Ballet Class : Thursday 10am - 11am = £5

Ballet is a lovely and alternative way of keeping fit, helping to improve your mobility, posture, co-ordination and energy. Both classes are suitable if you have never done ballet before, or have a little basic knowledge and just want to rekindle your enjoyment of this beautiful art form. You are always welcome to come along and try. It will not be long before you have a spring in your step!

Dance classes are taught by my lovely husband Graham. Graham was a leading Principal Dancer of The Royal Ballet Company and starred in numerous performances at The Royal Opera House Covent Garden, as well as film, television and West End theatre. He is also a highly accomplished dance teacher, with engagements that have included prestigious UK vocational dance schools, Billy Elliot productions and The Royal Ballet School. Graham has a fantastic approach to teaching and always seems to make his classes fun and enjoyable. You can read more about Graham HERE.
