Grafton Underwood Village Hall - Tuesdays at 9.30 - 10.30am: 3 spaces remaining

Classes at Grafton Underwood are aimed at Beginner / Mixed ability level so they suit those who are just starting out, or have niggling aches and pains, as well as those who may have done Pilates, Yoga or general exercise in the past who would now like to refresh and regain fitness. All exercises can be easily adapted to suit your own needs so that you can be sure to progress at your own pace.

Orlingbury Village Hall - Thursdays at 5.45 - 6.45pm: 2 spaces remaining

The above class at Orlingbury is aimed at Mixed ability / Improver level so they suit those who enjoy fitness activities now or in the past, or those who may have done Pilates or Yoga previously who would now like a refresh or to regain fitness once again. Exercises can be progressed or adapted to suit everybody's level of fitness and for maximum benefit.

Medbourne Village Hall - Fridays at 10.35 - 11.35pm: 1 space remaining

The above class at Medbourne is aimed at Mixed ability / Improver level so they suit those who enjoy fitness activities now or in the past, or those who may have done Pilates or Yoga previously who would now like a refresh or to regain fitness once again. Exercises can be progressed or adapted to suit everybody's level of fitness and for maximum benefit.

First Class Free & Pricing:

Your first class will be free if you book for the remaining term of classes and the price payable will be calculated on a pro - rata basis.

Catch up option: 

All of my classes come with a 'catch-up' option, so that if you miss one of your booked classes you are welcome to join another class from my timetable to make up for it at any time during the term. All you need to do is to get in touch to arrange a date.

What to Bring/Wear

Everything you need for taking part in my classes is provided. All you need to do is arrive wearing comfortable clothes, and a pair of socks (no trainers needed). All of my classes are different; so sometimes we use small balls, sometimes bands, as well as working without any props at all. By the end of each class you will have used every muscle!
