Suitable for all levels and abilities, these classes offer options to keep exercises gentle or to progress and challenge yourself as you grow in confidence. A wonderful way to deepen your Pilates practice while continuing to improve strength, control, and technique.
Designed for those who already have a good level of fitness or Pilates experience and are ready for more of a challenge. These classes include more dynamic and progressive exercises, ideal if you enjoy pushing yourself a little further.
