JFP Renew & Restore Pilates 

Perfect if you’re new to Pilates, returning after a break, or simply looking for a slower, more restorative class. These sessions focus on the fundamentals, helping you build confidence, improve mobility, and progress at your own pace in a calm, supportive environment. 

JFP Core Pilates 

Suitable for all levels and abilities, these classes offer options to keep exercises gentle or to progress and challenge yourself as you grow in confidence. A wonderful way to deepen your Pilates practice while continuing to improve strength, control, and technique.

JFP Core+ Pilates

Designed for those who already have a good level of fitness or Pilates experience and are ready for more of a challenge. These classes include more dynamic and progressive exercises, ideal if you enjoy pushing yourself a little further.

Classes run Tuesday to Saturday during term time at venues in:
