Pilates Classes & FitSteps® Classes

Starting something new can sometimes feel quite daunting. Making a change your health and fitness may be no exception either, but when you have the right support to help you along the way, it makes an enormous difference.

Join me in Pilates classes and/or complement your fitness activities with  FitSteps® classes, and join a lovely group of like minded people. All classes are welcoming and friendly and you will soon feel at home, plus you will always receive the support you need to both progress and enjoy your classes.

Pilates and FitSteps® are such fantastic forms of exercise, so being able to share each of the benefits with you is a pleasure and privilege.
