Exercising regularly — especially practising Pilates — is a wonderful way to improve your fitness, strength, and overall well-being. If you are new to Pilates, or simply want extra confidence that you’re exercising correctly, personal Pilates training can be a fantastic option.
Whilst my group classes always include individual guidance and support, one-to-one or small group personal training allows sessions to be fully tailored to your needs, goals, and pace. It is an ideal way to build confidence, refine technique, and accelerate your progress. You’re also welcome to bring a friend (or a few!) and share your Pilates journey together.
Please note that any venue hire is charged separately, although you are very welcome to arrange your own venue if that suits you better.
Should you need to cancel your personal Pilates session, please note that there is a 24 hours notice period for refunds.
