Fancy getting fitter, toning up and learning some simple ‘Strictly’-style moves? FitSteps® combines the fun of dancing with an effective, low-impact workout.
Classes are easy to follow and full of great music, movement and sparkle. FitSteps® is especially popular with the young at heart. It’s exercise that feels much more like fun than a workout!
Classes are run by my husband Graham Fletcher, a lifetime dancer and GOLD-level FitSteps® teacher. Graham was a Principal Dancer with The Royal Ballet Company, performed in the West End and even played Miss Piggy in The Muppet Show sketch Swine Lake alongside Rudolf Nureyev!
Now, Graham brings his enthusiasm, humour and energy to every FitSteps® class, creating a friendly atmosphere where everyone can enjoy moving to great music and having fun.
